The room was incredibly clean, with a comfortable queen size bed, nice shower with a rain head as well as a handheld shower. It was really easy to cast to the TV, the parking was smooth and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes for the elevator. The food at the restaurant was especially good, with the included breakfast option being a menu of at least a dozen different options (so nice to be served with real plates and silverware versus going to a buffet with paper and plastic dishware)

The facilities were clean, and amenities were plentiful. The location was perfect - not in the heart of the hospital, so you never really leave the medical setting (if you're in Rochester for medical visits, which we were), but not so far out you have to drive to appointments. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, and there were restaurants within walking distance. The value was great!

The whole city of Rochester is beautiful, and this hotel is just another gem it has to offer. Clean, clean, clean! Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Beautiful facilities. Starbucks in the lobby. Canadian Honker down the street. This hotel provides you with everything you need and more with convenient location and beautiful building.

The staff was nice and the suite was beautiful. It was right by the Mayo Clinic and it was easy to locate the parking lot. We had the breakfast and the dinner which were both pretty decent. I love the avocado toast. The housekeeping staff was really nice! We would be back again for our next appointment.

Very close to Mayo Clinic Mary Bright building. I came for a surgery and it was convenient to stay at this hotel. New facility. Very clean. Friendly people at reception. Nick was very helpful with changing room for me (I wanted to be on the high level). Great every day cleaning. Good breakfast
